We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 SEN Primary Teacher for a long-term role starting ASAP in the South Liverpool. This is a full-time position, Whether you’re an Experienced Teacher or an ECT, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

1. Deliver engaging, accessible and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs
2. Promote inclusion, independence, and achievement for all pupils in your care
3. Develop and adapt teaching strategies and resources to support learning and emotional well-being
4. Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
5. Foster a positive, caring classroom environment that supports both academic and social development
6. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Essential Requirements:

7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience in a primary or SEN setting
8. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
9. A creative and resilient approach to teaching
10. Experience in delivering differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs
11. Experience working collaboratively with other staff and external professionals
