Supply Teacher - Flexible Work (Full Time or Part Time)
Looking for a teaching role that fits around your life, not the other way round?
We're working with a range of schools Secondary Schools across Swindon who need reliable supply teachers for daily and short-term cover. Whether you want a few days a week or a full timetable, we'll help you find something that works for you.
The best part? You don't need QTS. If you've got experience working with children and the confidence to lead a classroom, we'd love to hear from you.
What the role looks like
No two days are the same.
You'll be:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged
* Creating a calm, positive classroom environment
* Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
* Adapting quickly to different schools and year groups
We're looking for people who
* Have experience working with children (schools, clubs, coaching, youth work or similar)
* Are confident leading a group and keeping learning on track
* Can think on their feet and adapt to new environments
* Bring a positive, calm presence to the classroom
Qualified teachers are absolutely welcome, but you don't need QTS to apply.
