As the first point of contact for the company, the receptionist will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome to clients and visitors. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment. Answer and forward incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner. Screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
