Business Development Manager (B2B Outbound)
Location: Brighton (Hybrid – 3 days office based)
We’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to join a rapidly growing organisation on a mission to make life easier for businesses. What You’ll Be Doing
* Making 30–50 outbound calls daily to engage with decision-makers
* Proactively sourcing leads, managing your pipeline, and owning the full sales cycle
* Building long-term relationships to maximise customer value and satisfaction
What they’re Looking For
* A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets (experience in SaaS, recruitment, real estate, telemarketing, inside sales, B2B or B2C roles all welcome)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
* An adaptable, creative, and solutions-focused approach
* Experience in B2B, Financial Services, or FinTech is an advantage (but not essential)
