Your new role
You will play a key role in themercial management of live projects, working closely with project managers, site teams, and seniormercial staff. Your responsibilities will include preparing valuations, managing subcontractor accounts, monitoring project costs, supporting tendering activity, and ensuring allmercial processes are carried out in line withpany and contractual requirements. You will contribute to accurate forecasting, risk management, and the successful financial delivery of projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or civil engineering sector, ideally with exposure to NEC or similar contract forms. Strongmercial awareness, excellentmunication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team are essential. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is expected, along with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
