A leading Chartered Surveyors practice is seeking a Trainee Surveyor to join their Valuation & Survey team in Essex. This homebased/hybrid role offers exposure to residential valuations, lease extensions, and freehold acquisition work. The position provides a £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and a car allowance. Ideal candidates will be eligible for the RICS pathway, have a full UK driving licence, and are keen to develop in a structured professional environment. Excellent training and support is provided.
