Civil Construction Supervisor
Location: Glasgow
Hours: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil works on our projects, ensuring high standards, compliance and quality across site activities.
Role Responsibilities
* Supervise day‑to‑day civil construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification
* Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently and collaboratively
* Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation, company procedures and method statements
* Monitor progress against programme, resolving issues and escalating risks where required
* Carry out site inspections, briefings and toolbox talks, maintaining accurate site records and reports
Required Qualifications
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* CSCS card (Supervisor level or above)
* Full UK driving licence
What we're looking for
* Proven experience supervising civil construction works (highways, utilities, or infrastructure preferred)
* Strong understanding of health & safety requirements within a construction environment
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams on site
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, RAMS and project documentation
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong organisational skills
