We're recruiting for a full time, permanent Shift Manager, working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 shifts. In this role, you'll lead a team of Warehouse Team Managers and operational colleagues, ensuring your shift runs safely, efficiently and in line with performance expectations.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Lead and motivate Team Managers and colleagues to achieve KPIs and operational targets
* Ensure safe working practices are always followed, driving a strong health & safety culture
* Manage performance, conduct, absence and training requirements across your shift
* Deliver effective shift briefs, operational handovers and communication updates
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and operational standards

* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
