About the opportunity
If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face to face customer service experiences this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
* Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers
* Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention
* Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals
* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base
* Assist customers with test drives
About you
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
* Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
* A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
* A self-motivated team player who’s ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way
* Open, confident communication skills
* Availability to work Saturdays
* Hold a current driver license
