Home at Halls Representative – Nottingham
UNHOP, the UK's leading provider of on‑campus student accommodation, is looking for a Home at Halls Representative to support students living in Nottingham Trent University halls of residence. The role is part‑time and requires a current student (second year or above) who is already a resident or has lived in the halls.
Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in mandatory training, staff meetings and other role‑related gatherings.
- Assist with event administration, including data entry, attendance recording and student queries.
- Contribute to social media marketing of events and propose new event ideas.
- Plan, organise and lead a minimum of one event per week (setting up, leading the activity, ensuring safety and gathering feedback).
- Act as a trusted point of contact for students, addressing questions and communicating concerns to staff.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
Qualifications
- Current Nottingham Trent University student, second year or above, living or formerly living in the university halls of residence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in running or supporting events.
- Team‑player mindset with a passion for delivering a positive student experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
