?? The Role:
You'll be working in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting production by manufacturing, maintaining, and repairing tooling and associated components to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, quick thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and repair tools and components using tool room machinery
* Respond quickly to tooling breakdowns to keep production on track
* Work from technical drawings or replicate existing parts
* Repair and modify extrusion and mould tools
* Support the maintenance team when needed
* Assist with tooling-related production issues and recovery
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure a safe, clean working environment at all times

* Proven background in toolmaking or precision engineering
* Skilled in using tool room machinery
* Able to interpret technical drawings with accuracy
* Experience with extrusion and moulding tools preferred
* Committed to safety and quality in a fast-paced setting
