This role involves efficiently managing vendor engineers (third party/subcontractor) for on-site maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining and updating a comprehensive schedule of services to ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels. In this position, the candidate is committed to provide exceptional customer satisfaction at a fast-paced pharmaceutical site.
