ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of the NGED Vegetation Management program across a defined geographic area of the contract. The Regional Manager is responsible for the performance of all field operations within their region, ensuring compliance with contract KPIs, customer requirements, and company standards.
They will provide strong operational leadership to Field Managers and their team's, ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, within budget, and to program - maintaining excellent relationships with both internal teams and National Grid.

Essential Requirements
The post holder will be required to have the following:
* A full UK driving licence
* Eligibility to work within the UK
* Have planning and organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
* Have good IT and supervisory skills
* Have good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely desirable)
* Have good communication skills
* Have experience of attending meetings with clients at a senior management level
