About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator to work on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting health professionals and clients with warmth and efficiency.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Managing schedules, appointment bookings, cancellations, and client communications using practice management software
2. Handling direct billing through insurance platforms and maintaining accurate spreadsheets/records
3. Responding to calls and emails professionally, resolving issues proactively to ensure seamless operations
4. Supporting team members with organized files, tools like Google Workspace and Slack, and quick problem-solving
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
5. 3+ years in administrative or office coordination roles, with customer service or client care experience (healthcare a strong asset)
6. Tech-savvy with comfort using multiple digital tools; familiarity with practice management software, Google Workspace, and Slack preferred
7. High school diploma (post-secondary in office administration an asset)
8. Detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, professional, and able to multitask efficiently
About the Job
This is a part-time, permanent position offering 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate is between $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience. This is a fully work from home position, requiring a quiet and private workspace.
