Recruitment Administrator | Part-time 24 hours per week | Flexible hours | Chichester | West Sussex
Due to rapid growth and increased hiring volumes, we are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy People Team in Chichester, West Sussex. You will support the recruitment team by managing administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records on the applicant tracking system. Candidates with administration experience in busy recruitment or HR environments are preferred.
This role offers flexible working, requiring 24 hours per week, spread across four days (Monday to Friday), with flexible start and finish times within core business hours. The salary for this position is £25,000-£27,000 pro-rata based on 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites
* Maintain an updated list of active job openings and communicate internally
* Review and screen resumes and applications, especially for volume recruitment within factories
* Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
* Provide candidates with interview logistics information
* Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS
* Assist with candidate feedback, offer letters, contracts, and rejections
* Support recruitment projects, job fairs, and initiatives

* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with applicant tracking systems or similar software
* Attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
