About the role:
We are hiring for a Sales Manager within our AI Business Process organisation. This role will lead a team of Solution Specialist and Solution Engineers focussed on helping our customers transform their business processes with the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform and Copilot Studio team for a leadership role.
Formerly known as Business Applications, the AI Business Process team has evolved to reflect the market opportunity Microsoft is creating with AI in the SaaS markets for line of business applications: Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain & Manufacturing. This role requires you be both a thought leader and a sales leader, guiding a team striving to better understand their customers business outcomes and the processes that underpin those. And to help them explore how AI solutions can help them be more efficient, create more capacity or identify new opportunities for themselves. Working with our very best AI Business Process partners will be an absolutely essential part of the role, leveraging our eco-system who bring their own capabilities and IP, and enable us to reach more customers and accelerate the speed of their transformation.

Qualifications
Required:
1. Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience
2. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
3. Demonstrated people management experience
4. Demonstrated Sales team management
5. Extensive sales experience across front and/or back office business (e.g. CRM, ERP etc.)

Experience of Public Sector (Gov + Edu), Health, Housing, Travel & Transport, & ISVs

Responsibilities
6. You will guide strategy development and complex sales wins through coaching and care
7. Drive transformations, deploy solutions, and create value in our customers front office and back office systems; CRM, customer service, field service, marketing, finance, operations and supply chain.
8. Bring together teams to ensure sales execution, working closely with our partner ecosystem for success. Fostering best practices
9. Oversee business performance across regions, creating business development initiatives and managing a balanced pipeline to meet long term goals alongside short term targets, and clearly articulating our plan and performance to corporate leadership.
10. You will be a thought leader connecting Microsoft solutions to customer impact, and helping your team by providing executive sponsorship to key customers.
11. You will lead the team and our customers through AI Transformation with strong technical domain expertise and understanding of our solution relevance and impact.
