The Role Support the Head Chef in leading a passionate and skilled kitchen team
Maintain consistently high standards across service and preparation
Work with menus that evolve with the seasons
Champion sustainability, provenance and strong supplier relationships

About You An experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a quality-led restaurant
