£24,791 - £25,935 per annum; 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Our vibrant Creative Industries team is looking for a Business Administration Manager to lead and co-ordinate key administrative operations that enable the delivery of outstanding customer service. You will provide leadership to a team of administrators, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives. The role offers variety and may include scheduling meetings, planning events, liaising with students, parents, and staff, placing orders, updating timetables, and working with colleagues to manage budgets.
Responsibilities
* Lead and co-ordinate key administrative operations to enable high-quality customer service.
* Provide leadership to a team of administrators and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Schedule meetings, plan events, liaise with students, parents and staff, place orders, update timetables, and assist with budget management.
Essential requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused administrative environment in a supervisory capacity.
* Familiarity with management information systems/databases and financial and facilities management principles (including data input and analysis).
* Proven knowledge of Microsoft applications and office management procedures including Health & Safety.
