Responsibilities
* The appointed solicitor will handle cases from initial assessment to final hearing and enforcement
* You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and technical development across the team
* Experience in using Case Management Systems and supervising or mentoring junior staff is essential
* The firm is seeking applications from qualified solicitor or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar role
* The ideal candidate will be experienced in consumer contract disputes and professional negligence claims, managing fast:track, intermediate, and multi:track cases
