The job
Working as part of our Retail team in Peterborough for 30 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store\'s success.
You\'ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Here\'s a taste of day-to-day responsibilities:
* Make customers feel at home through exceptional service by listening to needs and guiding them to the right fit
* Be on hand during store visits, from greeting customers to understanding their sleep preferences
* Become a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress using our Sleepmatch technology
* Help keep the store looking its best, including housekeeping and updating displays
Requirements / What we\'re looking for
* People-first: engaging, positive, and able to bond with customers
* Communicator: excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Motivated: willingness to work towards KPIs and sales targets; prior sales experience is not required
* Team player: contribute to an inclusive and respectful store environment
* Willing to learn: curiosity and desire to learn will help you excel as a Bed Expert
* Flexible: able to commit to 30 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays; higher commission on busy days
