Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Liverpool Main Dealer
1. Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
2. OTE: £47,000+ (uncapped bonus potential)
3. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
4. Saturdays: On a rota basis (paid overtime)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-organised workshop within a modern main dealer environment in the Liverpool area.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who wants consistent workload, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression within a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
5. Servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
6. Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
7. Completing mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently
8. Performing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
9. Ensuring all work is documented accurately and in line with workshop processes
10. Working effectively as part of a productive workshop team
Requirements:
11. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
12. Previous experience in a dealership or independent garage environment
13. MOT testing licence desirable but not essential
14. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
15. High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
16. Able to work efficiently in a busy, target-driven workshop
17. Full UK driving licence required
