Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team are on-hand to talk with customers every day. We learn our customer’s needs and recommend products that make them feel good. We offer products with natural ingredients, many of which are ethically sourced using Community Trade programmes. When advising a customer on skincare, we help communities build a better life too.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants you will offer expert advice to our customers and provide inspiration into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
