Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies.
As Business Partner – Systems, you will play a key role in:
5. Supporting the strategy
6. Development and operation of the HR and Payroll System (ResourceLink) across Xentrall HR Services
7. Leading system implementation
8. Enhancements and day-to-day maintenance
9. Providing workforce data and management information
10. Supporting senior-level engagement
11. Contributing to continuous service improvement
