Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the tool hire department, potentially across multiple branches. Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring availability and quality of tools and equipment. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
