Hays are delighted to once again partner with a forward‑thinking and highly reputable legal firm based in Leeds City Centre. We are supporting their recruitment for an Administrator / PA to provide support to a partner and three fee‑earners within their busy Commercial Property team.
Typing and copy typing letters, memos, and legal documents
Preparing and formatting documents using the SOS Management System
Diary management, meeting coordination, and general organisational support
Managing incoming calls and liaising with clients, solicitors, and external professionals
Providing accurate general administration support across the department
Assisting with ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider Commercial Property team
