We are working with an established client in North Tyneside who are looking for administration / post completion support to join their team.
This solid foundation has enabled the firm to expand its range of legal services successfully.
The role has a starting salary of £24,000, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Part time applicants will also be considered.
This role involves managing conveyancing matters from completion to registration with the Land Registry, as well as providing general support to our conveyancing fee earners in handling sales, purchases, and remortgages.
23 days holiday, plus bank holidays per annum, holiday allowance increases yearly up to 25 days.

Ensure compliance with mortgage lender post-completion requirements (LMS/Lender Exchange).
Assist fee earners with ID checks, downloading title documents from the Land Registry, issuing draft contract packs, and responding to enquiries.
Experience in the legal sector with a background in conveyancing is essential and a strong understanding of the post-completion process is desirable.
Familiarity with Land Registry applications and mortgage lender post-completion requirements is a plus.
