About the role
We are currently looking for a Drystore Lead to join the team at our Ashburton site. Your hours of work will be from 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Should be able to assist when required on weekends. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualification. The pay rate will range between $27.35 – 29.10 per hour.
As a Drystore Lead, you will be responsible for:
4. Coordinating the daily operations for Drystore.
5. Maximising efficiencies while meeting all required standards including Health & Safety, Quality, GMP and Food Safety.
6. Providing guidance, support and training to staff and coordinate daily functions to ensure business objectives are met.
7. Manage crews to ensure supplies are handled and stored correctly.
8. Ensure all packaging is supplied to production on time and in spec.
For this role, you’ll need to:
9. Be capable of using warehouse software and scanners.
10. Proven work experience as a Team Leader / supervisor.
11. In depth understanding of TRACE & TilliT.
12. Be a great team player.
13. Ideally have forklift experience and OSH certificate (although for the right candidate we can arrange this).
