We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Workers to join our team at a supported living residence in Thorpe Willoughby, Selby.
The Role
You will be providing essential overnight support for four adult men with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives. Our services provide 24-hour care, and this role is vital to that provision.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administering medication as prescribed.
* Manual handling (full training provided).
* Providing personal care as and when required.
* Monitoring the residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Accurate and timely documentation.
The Details & Benefits
* Annual Salary: Up to £23,810 per annum (pro rata)
* Hourly Rate: An excellent £21.21 per hour
* Shift Pattern: Waking Nights, 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM
* Location: Thorpe Willoughby, Selby
* Contracts: Full-time OR Part-time contracts are available.

You are reliable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. Experience in care is beneficial, but the right attitude and a willingness to learn are most important. You must be comfortable with all aspects of the role, including medication administration, manual handling, and personal care.
