What You Will Do
Assess and treat patients in a fast-paced acute physical setting, ensuring optimal care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement best-practice interventions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and processes
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional standards
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
Requirements
HCPC registration
Experience in physical acute settings
Valid driver’s license preferred for traveling between Lewisham locations
