Senior Technical Services Manager Location: Bristol Division: Retail This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Technical Services Manager to join our Retail division with the view of moving into an Engineering Lead role. You will take full responsibility from tender to completion for a fit out/refurbishment project in varying value up to £10m. Attend, and chair where appropriate, meetings with Clients, designers, specialist contractors and other team members Contribute to and/or produce the regular Project Report and attend Project Meetings Review designers and contractors’ drawings for completeness of information and compliance with contract requirements (specification, ER, etc) Check ongoing installation for compliance with contract requirements and Industry best practice Provide expertise in planning and executing the building services engineering delivery and associated commissioning Skills and Experience Industry recognised qualification within Mechanical or Electrical engineering Has managed at a Senior level medium sized projects (£10m) and preferably at least one large (£20m) project In-depth knowledge of the construction process, preferably fit out/refurbishment based Pre-construction knowledge/tender experience What's in it for you?
