Tax Analyst - Global Transfer Pricing Hybrid working - with a minimum of 3 days per week working from our office in Quedgeley, Gloucester Salary £35 £ 40k (subject to skills & experience) plus a fantastic benefits package including annual bonus and access to our flexible benefits platform. Opportunity As a Tax Analyst - Global Transfer Pricing, you'll join a collaborative finance team and help turn complex data into clear, practical tax insights. You'll support the preparation of tax information, work with financial data from across the business, and help the team stay ahead of changing global tax requirements. This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to how a global organisation operates, and the opportunity to build strong analytical skills while learning from experienced tax and finance professionals. Specific Responsibilities Compliance and Reporting Maintain and update compliance tracker and TIN information. Sharing information where required. Maintain transfer pricing software. Update transfer pricing and other software for updates in legal entities. Ensure intercompany agreements are in place (and aligned with related functional analysis) for all material transactions and put new agreements in place where/when required. Ensure intercompany accounting aligns with intercompany agreements. Review reconciliation of all legal entity related party transactions to the total US GAAP intercompany eliminations Collaborate with members of IT, Corporate Accounting and Business Reporting to create efficiencies in transfer pricing reporting through the use of technology. Focus on the development and improvement of processes to extract and compare data. Prepare the global summary of related party transactions for services and tangibles goods. Reconcile the total of all Legal Entity related party transactions to the total US GAAP intercompany eliminations. Review year end tax packages prepared to support Tax Manager - Global Transfer Pricing with preparation of BEAT Form 8991 and Forms 5471 (Schedule M). Prepare segmented P&L's by legal entity. Reconcile cumulative intercompany and third party transactions to each independent Legal Entity P&L Validate related party transaction amounts against other Segmented P&L's Validate related party transaction amounts against US Federal Forms 5471. Modify Segmented P&L's to synchronize above data and provide for preparation of Local File documentation Prepare annual benchmarks to support profitability of inter-company transactions and results. Prepare local transfer pricing files ensuring consistency across reports and with Master File and compliance with regulatory, corporate governance, and internal processes. Prepare the Country-by-Country report to reflect all intercompany transactions by Legal Entity in accordance with OECD rules and enable filing of the report by the Ultimate Parent Entity Assist with the preparation of US international tax filings prepared by the Tax Manager - Global Transfer Pricing. Prepare monthly global footprint. Research, Planning and Defense Research, track and update country transfer pricing requirements. Research, track and update Pillar 2, CBCR and other global filing requirements. Support the Tax Manager and Director in planning, projects and analysis as required. Skills/Requirements Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience, including early-career roles or apprenticeship pathways Keen interest/passion for corporate tax, transfer pricing, or international tax; prior exposure is beneficial. Familiarity with tax software is desirable. Understanding of ERP or finance systems (e.g. SAP) and document management tools (e.g. SharePoint).
