This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs while gaining valuable experience in education. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs. Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver individual support plans. Support behaviour and emotional regulation throughout the school day. Assist with daily routines, classroom tasks, and (where required) personal care. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, residential, youth work, or care backgrounds welcome). A proactive, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
