Summary
Tadley Court School are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring and passionate Occupational Therapist to become an integral part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will be HCPC‑registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and must hold a BSc in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent professional qualification.
You will join our supportive multi‑disciplinary therapy and broader education team, and this position could suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or a newly qualified professional with a strong interest in SEN work who is willing to undertake sensory integration training and qualification funded by Aspris. Reporting to our school SENCO you will assess, develop and deliver programmes, monitor progress and compile reports. You will also support staff with classroom and beyond strategies, work collaboratively with the education team, parents and carers, and help build our universal provision to create a sensory‑friendly environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must be:
* HCPC‑registered and a member of RCOT
* Hold a BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
* Ready to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including DBS checks and at least two references covering the last three years from work with children or vulnerable adults
* Committed to ongoing professional development and training, including any sensory integration qualification funded by Aspris
