The Apprentice for the Housing and Property position in Northampton provides comprehensive training in Property and Block Management. Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately : Managing incoming calls from clients, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring they reach the right team member for resolution or follow-up. Taking messages for team members : Recording and relaying messages accurately to ensure smooth communication within the team. Producing letters and mail merges : Generating various correspondence such as letters and documents, including mass communications through mail merges. Distributing reports via post and email : Sending out essential reports and documents to stakeholders through postal mail and email channels. Managing general emails and routing them to the right team members : Handling incoming emails, acknowledging them, and directing them to the relevant team members for response or action. Ordering stationary supplies : Monitoring office supplies and initiating orders for stationary items as needed to maintain office efficiency. Supporting property and accounts teams : Assisting both property management and accounts teams with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring service adherence to budgets : Monitoring expenses and ensuring that services provided align with the budgetary constraints outlined in leases and service charge budgets.
