A large, well-established international organisation is seeking a corporate governance professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role sits within a central governance function and supports a broad range of entities, offering structured processes, cross-team collaboration, and consistent exposure to core governance work.
Key Responsibilities
* Support governance requirements across a varied portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations.
* Coordinate routine board and committee cycles, including preparing agendas, collating papers, and drafting clear, accurate minutes.
* Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, filings, and governance documentation.
* Assist with entity lifecycle matters, including incorporations, restructurings, and dissolutions.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure timely execution of governance tasks.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements of governance frameworks, processes, and controls.
* Provide support on governance-related projects and respond to ad-hoc queries as required.
