Our client, a well-established business within the contract catering sector, is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team based in OX15 on a fixed-term contract until December 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing payroll processes in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the payroll function, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain payroll records, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing payroll information accurately and within required deadlines
* Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
* Supporting with payroll calculations including overtime, deductions and adjustments
* Handling payroll queries from employees and managers in a professional and timely manner
* Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and internal processes
* Assisting with payroll reporting and administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous payroll administration experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident working with payroll systems and spreadsheets
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally
The Package
* Monday – Friday working pattern
* 38.5 hour working week
