Now, we’re looking for a QA & Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering expert solutions, building client relationships, and making workplaces safer, this role is for you.
The impact you’ll have:
To provide support to the QA & Compliance, Department, Instructors, Internal Quality Assurance, Verifiers and Accreditation Consultants. You will have knowledge of quality assurance support functions within an academic environment. You will be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of HSS Training procedures, administration systems and procedures within a support capacity.
A typical day:
* Day to day support within the training accreditation guidelines and operational procedures.
* Liaising with QA & Compliance Department, Auditors and supporting their needs.
* Liaising with Training Centres, Hotels and Onsite Training Locations in support of the trainers.
* Support the QA activities including sampling, trend analysis, feedback.
* Support the day-to-day administration of Accreditations and IQA/EVs/EQAs.
* Support Audits and other accreditation activity where necessary.
* High level administrative, organisational and customer service experience required.
* Have clear communication to colleagues, external contacts and accreditation bodies.
* Strive for constant improvement with a proactive approach.
* The ability to operate well alone and within a team environment.
* Dependable and reliable member of the team.
* Self-motivated well organised, methodical, and efficient.
* You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, have a determined and confident character, be target driven with an organised and proactive approach
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Have administrational experience and knowledge with the delivery of Health and Safety, Training and Training Accreditations
* Be able to meet the standards required by the Accreditation Bodies.
* Have experience working with Microsoft 365 modules (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, and Teams,) and other programmes as Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
