Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

As a Cambridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups, support teachers in the classroom, and help deliver targeted interventions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with long-term ambitions in education.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting students in class, small groups, and one-to-one
* Assisting with behaviour, confidence, and academic interventions
* Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals
* Building strong relationships with students and staff
We’re looking for:
* A First-Class or 2:1 degree from the University of Cambridge
* A motivated, compassionate, and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability from September 2025 – July 2026
