Offshore commercial law firm in Jersey is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance lawyer of 0 to 3 years’ PQE. The team is experienced in: • complex cross-border financial transactions • assisting lenders and borrowers Clients include: • private equity sponsors • asset managers • financial institutions • international companies of all sizes and industries. This firm is offering a unique opportunity to an ambitious and technically strong lawyer to join its market leading global Banking and Finance business, to assist with its continued growth and development so as to become the leading Banking & Finance practice in the region. To be considered for this role you will: • be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or other commonwealth jurisdiction. It goes without saying that applications from Jersey-qualified lawyers will also be welcome; • ideally have 0 to 3 years’ PQE; • have effective organisational, communication and presentation skills.
