About My Client
My client is a busy, well-established independent estate agency based in Ashford, Surrey. With a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering a high level of service, they operate a fast-paced office environment supported by a collaborative and professional team.
Due to continued growth and increasing workload, they are now seeking a highly organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office.
The Role
This is a varied administrative position within a busy estate agency office, supporting the wider team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation and supporting internal processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and maintaining up-to-date records
* Managing general administrative duties including filing, scanning and photocopying
* Preparing and updating documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
* Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
* Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries professionally
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Liaising with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations
* Assisting in improving internal processes and workflow
