Therapy Lead - £28,489 per annum.
Working Hours & Schedule
The rota is Monday – Sunday. Flexible to work early, late, and potentially waking nights depending on therapy needs, including bank holidays. Working times: 7:30am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 9:30pm, and any hour between 9:30pm – 7:30am. Multi‑site across Ripley and Bolsover.
The role supports patients at our ABI – Adult Brain Injury rehabilitation residential services: Glasshouse Hill in Ripley, Derbyshire, and Markham House in Bolsover, Chesterfield.

Responsibilities
* Translate therapy plans and goals defined by a range of therapists into the rehabilitation pathway.
* Act as the vital link between the therapist team and the services.
* Lead and supervise therapy sessions across occupational therapy, physical therapy, behaviour therapy, speech and language, music and drama, clinical competence, and management training.
* Support people with ABI in reaching full potential and achieving rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant experience in therapy or rehabilitation for ABI or similar populations.
* Willingness to complete an apprenticeship or diploma as part of continuous professional development (CPD).
* Willingness to complete training for all aspects of therapy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Resilient, flexible, and positive approach.
