About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Gas Turbine Technician to focus on the repairing, testing, and overhauling of Avon and RB211 gas turbine accessories. You will work closely, inspecting engine faults, disassembling and overhauling components, conducting performance tests, and carrying out scheduled maintenance and repairs.

Inspect and diagnose faults in gas turbine accessories with precision and accuracy

Disassemble components, replace or repair worn parts, and reassemble to manufacturer standards

Execute performance testing, balancing, and calibration to verify compliance with specifications

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting

Ensure all work adheres to safety, performance, and regulatory standards

Maintain detailed service and compliance documentation accurately

Calibrate, maintain, and manage workshop tools and test equipment

Follow strict safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times

Travel occasionally to support onsite field service requirements
Skills and Experience:

Proven hands-on experience with gas turbine accessories (Avon, RB211 preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of rotating equipment maintenance

Experience in testing, calibration, and balancing of turbine components

Ability to maintain quality assurance and comply with regulatory requirements

Competency in using specialised tooling and precision measurement equipment
