Reporting to the Maintenance of Line (MOL) Manager, the Engineering Change Note (ECN) Process Engineer is responsible for running the ECN process, which is key within the company and required for any change to the many product lines we manufacture.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
* Manage the ECN process which includes interdepartmental communication around ECNs, reporting of ECN KPIs, input of new assemblies and parts into our ERP system, processing production permits and process change notes
* Have a good understanding of the electro-mechanical design changes that need to be made and why
* Work alongside engineering and quality teams to fault find, set up design of experiments and testing, improving Linx products and system reliability
Essential requirements
* Process-driven and proactive individual from an Engineering background with at least 3 years’ experience in working with engineering design changes
* Experience in being responsible for engineering change system
* Experience in entering and maintaining engineering data on ERP systems such as Oracle
* Advanced user of MS Excel and macros
* Experience in working with electro-mechanical systems and/or 3D CAD packages such as Creo or SolidWorks (desirable)
* A strong desire to be in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment with exposure to a wide variety of projects and the chance to broaden skills and knowledge
