This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant role is to begin in September and offers an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis. About the Teaching Assistant Role: The Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 support to a pupil in Year 3. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to deliver tailored strategies. This Teaching Assistant role requires patience, creativity, and a flexible, child-led approach.The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will: Have experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly ASD or MLD. Be confident supporting emotional and behavioural needs in a classroom setting. Be a Teaching Assistant who can remain calm, consistent, and encouraging.
