Your Role
As a Bartender, you’ll be the storyteller behind the bar—crafting drinks with flair, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for stylish, social experiences. Whether it’s a quiet nightcap or a buzzing Friday night, you’ll bring energy, elegance, and expertise to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Create and serve a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
* Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and a touch of theatre.
* Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually stunning bar area.
* Share your knowledge of ingredients, pairings, and seasonal specials.
* Support the wider F&B team during service and events.
* Handle transactions and guest feedback with professionalism and charm.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a high-end bar, lounge, or hotel setting.
* Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar trends.
* A guest-first mindset and a love for creating memorable moments.
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
