Role | Kitchen Manager
* 45 hours per week
* We’re looking for someone passionate, energetic & extremely organised to manage our kitchen
* To manage our team of Kitchen Hands and KPs
* To implement & improve kitchen processes
* To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
* To manage ordering, stock management & solve stock issues
* To manage team scheduling, training & well-being
* To report to Restaurant Manager, and Culinary Director

* Strong proficiency in efficient, quality food prep
* Ability to manage a small team through service hours
* Leadership and communication skills

Experience Requirements | 1-3 Years
* Experience cooking in a busy professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
* Management and team leadership experience
* Hygiene qualifications
Compensation | £35,000 per annum
