Job Description
Working within the accounts team to assist in inputting and reconciling accounts data, administration, and general bookkeeping, the individual will learn and help improve existing processes ensuring a professional and accurate approach to all work undertaken. Duties and Responsibilities
3. Creating and maintaining supplier accounts within the accounts system
4. Supporting the accounts function including posting of invoices, credit notes and payments
5. Bank Reconciliation and credit card processing
6. Processing and reviewing employee expenses
7. Requesting supplier statements and reconciliation
8. Monitoring accounts mailbox
9. Ordering office stationary
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be keen, enthusiastic and eager to progress and develop their career. You will ideally be a school or college leaver, or graduate, looking to embark on a career in Accountancy and looking to study your professional qualifications.
