Job Title: Pallet Manager
Salary: £53-58,000 + Commission, Package.

The Duties:
Collaborate closely with members to pinpoint and capitalise on sales opportunities while enhancing our commercial offerings.
Identify and drive new business development opportunities for Business, focusing on revenue growth.
Maintain precise and timely updates in the CRM system for all related activities.
Support the onboarding of new members from a sales standpoint to ensure a smooth, effective setup process.
Partner with members to review and refine rate cards and cost models.
Actively promote and present Business services, ensuring they meet both Business objectives and members' needs, while staying abreast of market trends.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and play a key role in shaping Business overall marketing strategy.Ideal Candidate :
A strong background within a network or logistics environment.
Experience within a Pallet Operation
Sound knowledge of financial and operational performance metrics, such as rate cards and cost models.
Experience in onboarding new clients and managing customer service requirements effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to scope, execute, and oversee complex projects.
Proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies initiatives.
