We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, a leading construction and interior fit‑out company in London. Responsibilities
* Entering, costing and paying supplier bills
* Managing the database of all suppliers and subcontractors
* Other ad‑hoc compliance exercises
* Support the team in any other matters that arise
* Processing orders and raising payments to subcontractors, ensuring CIS deductions and VAT are processed correctly
* Preparing payment runs
Qualifications
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Training will be provided in our client’s bespoke accounting software, Evision & Webcontractor.
* Ideally 1 year’s experience within a finance role or similar position.

Additional Information
This is a full‑time position based at our client’s offices in Central London. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing a healthy work–life balance.
