Office Facilities Manager Manchester 6–12 Month FTC (potential to go permanent) Full-time, 100% on site Salary: up to £40,000 Are you an experienced Facilities professional looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment? If you’re confident managing both office and site-based operations and enjoy being a key support to senior leadership, this could be an excellent opportunity. This position would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across different time zones to support Board-level stakeholders. You’ll play an essential role in keeping the business running smoothly, ensuring the site is safe, compliant, and well-managed, while also providing high-quality administrative and PA support where required. Key Responsibilities of the Office Facilities Manager: Oversee day-to-day facilities management across the office and manufacturing areas Act as PA to Board members, managing diaries, travel, and coordination across international time zones Ensure site compliance, including health and safety standards and general office management Liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintain a safe, efficient working environment Provide responsive and supportive administrative assistance to the wider management team Take ownership of facilities-related projects and improvements Key Requirements: Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a similar environment Strong PA experience supporting senior leaders or Board-level stakeholders Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload Confident working with stakeholders across multiple time zones Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable being fully site-based If you are interested in this Office Facilities Manager role and feel your experience aligns with the above, please apply for immediate consideration or contact Anna Hand or Amy Breslin at Medlock Partners for more information.
